Section 67:46:04:20 - Absence of an income regulation

In the absence of specific regulations or income requirements for long-term care assistance not otherwise defined in this article, decisions shall be based on the current SSI regulations as provided in 42 U.S.C. §§ 1382 and 1383, as amended to July 1, 2014.
