A parent shall be allowed to observe their child or children at any time and immediately on request. A parent shall be notified by the provider immediately regarding any serious injuries received involving their child while attending the program.
A parent shall be notified by the provider within twenty four hours of any changes in circumstances that may impact the program operation to include registration or license suspension or revocation, program location, closure, and changes in ownership.
If a parent is restricted through a court order from having contact with a child and the provider has been provided with a copy of the court order, access shall be denied to the parent.
