Section 67:42:17:33 - Pets

Pets, while permitted in the presence of children receiving care at a facility, are subject to the following:

(1) A pet shall be current with their vaccination schedule;

(2) A pet may not have a behavioral history that indicates they pose a risk to the safety and well-being of children; and

(3) A pet's living area shall be maintained in clean and sanitary conditions at all times.
