Section 67:42:17:19 - Center and school-age program ratio

For center and school-age programs, the following ratios for providers and children present shall be maintained:

(1) 5:1 for children up to three years of age;

(2) 10:1 for children three years through four years; and

(3) 15:1 for five years and over.

Children of program employees shall be included in determining group size and the staff-child ratio.
