The files and records of a provider shall be kept confidential. A child's records, photographs, and information about a child or their family shall not be shared or publicly posted unless a signed consent by a parent is obtained. Individuals authorized to access provider and family records without a signed consent include licensing specialists, child protective services, and law enforcement.
