Hazardous cleaning solutions, chemicals, poisons, and substances must be labeled, stored in a safe place, and kept in an enclosed cabinet that is not accessible to clients. The department may direct a facility to remove or correct other hazardous conditions or circumstances not covered in this chapter if the department considers the conditions or circumstances to have the potential to cause injury or illness to clients or staff.
