Section 67:42:05:24 - Living space requirements

A family foster home must have:

(1) An adequate supply of safe drinking water;

(2) Appliances to prepare hot meals;

(3) At least one toilet, sink and tub or shower in operating condition;

(4) Adequate light, heat, ventilation; and

(5) A working telephone.
