Section 67:42:05:18 - Railings

Floor and wall openings, open-sided areas, or platforms 30 inches or more above the adjacent ground level shall be guarded by a railing or barrier. The railing or barrier must be constructed to prevent the child from crawling or falling through or becoming entrapped.
