Section 67:22:01:08 - Claim submission - Public education program

Group and residential centers that use an education program operated by a South Dakota public school district during the regular school year shall report the total membership days of youth who are eligible for payment by the Auxiliary Placement Program to the Department of Education using the Department of Education's reporting system.
