Section 67:16:43:06 - Care manager to review and approve the need for continued stay

After the care manager approves an admission, the care manager shall review the child's medical records to determine whether the child's condition justifies continued care in the facility. A child continues to be eligible for the medically complex program as long as the requirements contained in § 67:16:43:04 are met.
