Section 67:16:13:01 - Definitions

Terms used in this chapter, unless the context plainly requires otherwise, mean:

(1) "Community mental health center," any facility organized to provide outpatient mental health services and approved by the state approving agency of the state in which it is located that has a psychiatrist on staff as the medical director of the center;
