Section 67:16:04:40 - Absence of regulations - Allowable costs based on CMS-15

In the absence of specific regulations relating to allowable costs for nursing care facilities, allowable cost decisions shall be based on the criteria contained in the Medicare Provider Reimbursement Manual (CMS Pub 15-1), as specified in § 67:16:04:62.
