The guidelines contained in the Health Care Common Procedure Coding System 2024 Level II apply to claims submitted under the provisions of chapters 67:16:02, 67:16:13, 67:16:28, 67:16:29, 67:16:44, 67:16:46, 67:16:47, 67:16:48, and 67:54:09.
