Section 67:15:01:37 - Notice to households eligible for LIEAP

If a household is determined eligible for LIEAP assistance, the department shall notify the household in writing of the amount of LIEAP assistance for which the household is eligible.

The notice shall also contain information regarding the household's right to a fair hearing.
