Section 67:15:01:20 - Benefit levels

The benefit levels for an eligible household shall be determined by the department based on all of the following:

(1) The household's income level;

(2) The type and average cost of the household's primary heating source;

(3) The region of the state in which the household resides;

(4) The household size; and

(5) The availability of program funds.
