Section 67:15:01:02 - Household composition

A household may be composed of any of the following:

(1) Independent living arrangement;

(2) Shared living arrangement; or

(3) Individuals living alone.

These individuals may not be residents of an institution and must be considered vulnerable according to § 67:15:01:06.

The individuals referred to in subdivisions (1), (2), and (3) must be self-supporting and independent.
