Section 67:13:04:06 - Claims against household when overissuance occurs

For those overissuances occurring after June 20, 1986, regardless of the reason, the department may initiate a collection action against any or all individuals who were adult members of the original household when the overissuance occurred. However, the department may not collect more than the amount of the claim.
