Section 67:13:04:03 - Time limit for establishing inadvertent or agency error claims

The department may take action to establish a claim against a household that received an overissuance due to an inadvertent household or agency error only if 12 months or less have elapsed between the month the overissuance occurred and the month the department discovered the overissuance.
