Section 67:13:03:11 - Verification of dependent care costs required

Households claiming dependent care costs shall attach a verification of these costs. If verification is not submitted, the department shall continue the supplemental nutrition assistance eligibility and allotment determination without benefit of the change in dependent care costs.
