Section 67:13:03:08 - Households exempt from completing a report form

The following are exempt from the report form requirements in § 67:13:03:07:

(1) Households in which all adult members are either at least 60 years of age or disabled if there is no countable income earned in the household; and

(2) Blind or disabled individuals residing in a community support provider congregate facility.
