For the initial month, determination of household size shall be based on members of the household at the time of case approval. For subsequent months, a household size adjustment is made starting the month following the month the change is reported and is based on the number of household members on the first day of the month.
The provisions of § 67:13:03:21 must also be applied before household size adjustments are made after the initial month.
