Section 67:12:13:07 - Repayment of temporary assistance

A recipient of temporary assistance must repay, according to the recipient's ability, any or all assistance unless recovery is deemed inadvisable based on the criteria defined in 45 C.F.R. § 212.7 (October 1, 1974).
