Section 67:12:05:45 - Real or personal property income or profits of parents of dependent children

If the dependent child is living in the home of the child's natural or adoptive parents or stepparent, the department shall consider the net income or profits derived from real or personal property by these parents available to meet the requirements of the dependent child and shall deduct them from the assistance plan.
