Section 67:12:05:23 - Supplementary medical insurance benefit premiums as deductible from available income

In those medical only applicants or recipients of payments assistance who are eligible for supplemental medical coverage under part B of Medicare program, the supplemental medical insurance premiums paid by them are considered deductible from available income.
