Section 67:12:02:06 - Final decision of conference

The applicant or recipient must be advised of the final decision at the end of the conference. If a final decision cannot be made, the conference may be extended until decision is rendered and written notice of final decision delivered to the applicant or recipient at the conclusion. The applicant or recipient has 30 days from the final decision of the conference to request a hearing.
