Section 67:12:02:04 - Recipient's right to request conference - Time to make request

A recipient whose payment cannot be authorized, whose payment is terminated or reduced, or whose payment is changed in manner or form has the right to have a conference with the staff of the department if the request is made during the 10-day advance written notice period or within 10 days from the date of action. The applicant who has received written notice of the decision made in regard to the applicant's application may also request a conference within 10 days after the written notice has been mailed.
