Section 67:12:01:77 - Denial of assistance for fugitive felons and probation and parole violators

An individual is ineligible for assistance under this article if the individual is fleeing to avoid prosecution, custody, or confinement for committing or attempting to commit a felony or for violating a condition of probation or parole.
