Section 67:12:01:66.09 - Appeal of good cause determination

If the applicant or recipient disagrees with the department's determination arrived at under § 67:12:01:66.08, the applicant or recipient may appeal the determination by requesting a fair hearing under the provisions of chapter 67:17:02.
