Section 67:12:01:66.01 - Cooperation of applicant or recipient not required

Section 67:12:01:66 does not apply to an applicant or recipient who can establish good cause for refusing to cooperate with the department in identifying and locating the absent parent or parents, obtaining support payments, establishing paternity, or obtaining any other payments or resources legally due the applicant or recipient.
