Section 67:12:01:61.01 - Continued medical coverage - Child support

A recipient who becomes ineligible for financial assistance because of child or spousal support collected by the department on behalf of a member of the assistance unit, continues to be eligible for Aid to Families With Dependent Children (AFDC) medical only services provided under article 67:46 if AFDC has been received in at least three of the six months preceding ineligibility. Eligibility for medical services continues for a period of four months beginning with the month of ineligibility.
