Each wholesaler must publish and maintain on a public facing website a complete price schedule for all alcoholic beverages available for sale by the wholesaler. The wholesaler shall provide the website address to the Department for publication on the Departments website. This requirement does not apply to malt beverages if the wholesaler maintains a separate price schedule for malt beverages at the wholesalers principal place of business, subject to public inspection during regular business hours. The wholesaler shall preserve all price schedules and amendments for a minimum of three years from the effective date.
