Section 62:01:07:09 - Lump-sum payments subsequent to annuity payments

No member may withdraw accumulated contributions pursuant to SDCL 3-12C-602 if more than one annuity payment has been made to the member pursuant to SDCL 3-12C-601, 3-12C-805, 3-12C-808, 3-12C-1106, 3-12C-1107, or 3-12C-1108.
