Section 62:01:05:08 - Validity of ballot

To be valid, a ballot must be in the possession of the office of the executive director or, if the election is being conducted by a third party, in the possession of the third party, by 5:00 p.m. Central Time on May 25. A printed ballot may be returned enclosed in an envelope.
