Section 61:24:03:02 - Notice of change in principal place of business

A dealer licensee desiring to move the principal place of business to a new location must notify the department in writing 30 days in advance of the proposed move. The new principal place of business shall be inspected by the department pursuant to § 61:24:02:02.
