Section 61:18:09:01 - Eligibility for restricted license

A person whose license is suspended under SDCL subdivision 32-12-49 (8) is eligible for a restricted license issued pursuant to article 61:19 unless the suspension is for a second or subsequent violation of SDCL subdivision 32-12-49(8) within the last 24 consecutive months.
