Section 61:18:02:09 - Eligibility for restricted license

A person whose license is suspended pursuant to SDCL subdivision 32-12-49 (2) is eligible for a restricted license issued pursuant to article 61:19 unless the suspension is a second or subsequent suspension pursuant to SDCL subdivision 32-12-49(2) within the last 24 consecutive months.
