Section 61:08:03:01 - Manufacturers' data reports to be filed

Manufacturers' data reports on boilers and pressure vessels which are to be operated in the state of South Dakota, unless otherwise exempted by SDCL 34-29A-14, shall be filed with the State Fire Marshal's Office through the national board.
