Within 10 days after the due date for filing of quarterly reports of condition with the comptroller of the currency of the United States and with the state director of banking, all public depositories must file with the commission a copy of that portion of their report of condition which includes the balance sheets of assets and liabilities along with the public depository liability report described in § 6:02:02:02.
