Section 55:08:03:05 - Continuation of coverage

An eligible employee who resigns or retires may elect to continue life coverage at the current coverage level or less at the employees expense for up to 18 months following termination, if the employee resigns, or to the end of the month the employee reaches age 70, if the employee retires.
