Section 50:04:04:01 - Original determination by secretary

If the secretary of the Department of Veterans' Affairs determines that an application should be disallowed, the secretary shall give written notice of the determination by mail addressed to the applicant at the applicant's last address of record. The notice shall explain the reason for the determination.
