Section 50:01:02:24 - Purchases

Merchandise, supplies, equipment, and services shall be purchased in the open market to the best advantage of the fund, price and other factors considered, without favoritism and without regard to prices locally established. All purchases over $500 except the purchase of merchandise for resale must be approved by the AAGAR.
