Section 50:01:02:19 - Operation

Open messes shall be operated in an economical, efficient, and businesslike manner which will insure solvency and financial stability at all times. Unless otherwise authorized by the AAGAR and approved by the adjutant general, current liabilities may not exceed current assets.
