Section 50:01:02:12 - Executive control

The open mess is controlled by the board of governors and the AAGAR who shall appoint a custodian or manager. The board of governors shall meet at least quarterly. It shall submit recommendations for the operation of the mess to the AAGAR who may approve or disapprove them.
