Section 5:02:22:02 - Ballot form for vote centers

The form of the ballot used in conjunction with vote centers shall comply with chapter 5:02:06 except that the ballot shall designate the ballot style. The designation shall be made in the top right corner on the front of the ballot, which is marked as, ballot style, in the form provided in this section.
