If an employee leaves the employ of the state following a move, the employee must repay the state a portion of the relocation allowance as provided in the table below, unless the employee was unable to continue due to illness or injury or was dismissed.
6 months or less | 100% |
Greater than 6 months to 12 months | 75% |
Greater than 12 months to 18 months | 50% |
Greater than 18 months to 24 months | 25% |
Greater than 24 months | 0% |
