Section 5:01:02:06 - Motor vehicle rentals authorized

A regularly scheduled rate by a rent-a-car service is an allowable charge for transportation for state business if a state or privately owned motor vehicle is not available, providing that a receipt and a statement of justification of the above requirements is provided with the voucher.
