Section 48:03:14:07 - Game parameters set and announced by commission

The commission shall establish and publicly announce for each raffle game:

(1) Number of plays available for sale;

(2) Prize levels and number of prizes per prize level to be paid;

(3) Estimated overall odds for winning any prize and estimated odds for each prize level; and

(4) Price per play.
