Section 48:02:10:01 - Training in machine maintenance required prior to placement

A video lottery machine may not be placed in operation in the state until the manufacturer or distributor provides training in the service and repair of the machine model approved under chapters 48:02:07 and 48:02:08 and the operator, its employees, or the service agents responsible for servicing the machine successfully complete the training and are approved by the lottery.
