Section 48:01:04:08 - Entry in instant game drawing process

Any instant game may include a drawing process in which cash or merchandise prizes are awarded. The means of entering and the prizes to be awarded shall be published in promotional material for the game.

Nonconforming and invalidated entries shall be disqualified.
