Section 46:17:04:07 - Direct support professionals

The ICF/IID must maintain sufficient direct support professionals to provide adequate support and treatment for the person supported in accordance with the person's ISP. Minimum staff-to-person ratios must be maintained in accordance with 42 C.F.R. § 483.430.
